Role Overview:

• Client and candidate sourcing through various channels, including database searches and cold calling
• Maintaining high-quality client relationships
• Arranging and attending client meetings
• Crafting and posting job adverts
• Reviewing applications and ensuring candidate readiness for interviews
• Negotiating offers and managing candidate data on the CRM system
