Hays is working with an international real stateprovider based in Birmingham City Centre. This leading organisation offerservices across the whole real state lifecycle to clients across 30 countriesincluding the UK. This fantastic organisation is looking for an experienceddata analyst or developer with experience in developing reports, understandinginsights and presenting findings to clients and stakeholders.
Your new role
The Technical Report Developer will join an existingdata services team to lead a growing area of the business. You will haveextensive Technical Reporting skills being essential experience in VisualStudio, SSRS or extensive SQL reporting translating complex real state datainto meaningful reporting and data insights. You will lead the Technical Reportdevelopment and delivery both for internal and external clients. You will haveexperience translating non-technical requests into technical deliveries undertime pressure. You will be willing to share and grow knowledge while leading ananalyst team supporting the Data Services Team Manager. You will have broadexperience communicating and presenting to stakeholders and clients in acorporate environment.
What you'll need to succeed

• Advanced report development skills with extensive Visual Studio, SSRS or SQL reporting experience and knowledge in Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience using SQL databases and SQL Data Warehousing including extensive SQL scripting and coding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills alongside presentation skills
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and with external clients.
• Previous experience or willingness to guide a team collaborating with the team manager
• Passion for real estate and property business

What you'll get in return

• £45,000 to £65,000 salary dependent on experience
