Duties for the Technical Sales Advisor:
- Working with local businesses in various sectors to support projects
- Producing written quotes using the in-house CRM system and sending these over to the customers, ensuring the quotes are 100% accurate at all times
- Ensuring customer receipt of the quotation
- Providing technical and sales advice by telephone and email where required
- Supporting the closing of the sale
- Keep in touch with customers to close the orders and update notes with project progress on the CRM system
- Excellent sales negotiation skills
- Experience within a similar role
- Must have experience of the tender process and be able to read through bills of quantities and tender documents
- The ability to interpret drawings is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills to work within a fast-paced role
- Microsoft Office skills and experience using in-house systems
Salary: £26,000 Per Annum
