Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Use a relationship-based approach to promote, sell, and secure Spare Parts orders from an existing customer base.
• Efficiently process SAP orders and transactions with accuracy and timeliness to ensure seamless operations.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage urgent requests, prioritising and executing tasks with precision.
• Deliver quick responses to customer enquiries and spare parts requests, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly.
• Foster positive working relationships with our Field Service teams and key customer contacts within your assigned region.
• Provide telephone coverage for the Service Office when needed, offering seamless assistance and exceptional support.
• Take ownership of managing invoice queries within your scope of responsibility, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Support the Regional Team with administrative duties as necessary, contributing to the smooth operation of our department.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent organizational abilities, enabling you to multitask and manage priorities effectively in an operations-focused environment.
• A proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP or other order processing systems is a plus.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
