In this role, you will:
- Lead sales efforts across the South of England, targeting diverse industries like high-performance automotive, aerospace, and marine.
- Leverage your technical expertise in Plastic Injection Moulding (or similar fields) to build trust with R&D engineers and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with a world-class engineering team to deliver innovative solutions to our clients.
- Make a significant impact on the company's direction as you report directly to the board.

What's Needed?
