As a Technical Support Executive, you’ll be responsible for:  

  • Parts identification via phone, email, or live chat
  • Working with Account Managers creating van stock profiles, managing the profiles and organising the creation of catalogues for customers and engineers
  • Providing excellent customer service and technical advice

And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

  • Previous knowledge of plumbing and heating spares would be desirable
  • Great communication skills
  • Fantastic attention to detail

This is a permanent position 40 hours per week Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm with hybrid working available 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
