Technical Sales Consultant

Salary: £12.32 p/h / £25,000 per annum - Progression opportunities available

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Friday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our client's success by:

  • Understanding the available product line
  • Consulting with the Engineering department and coordinating across all departments
  • Preparing technical bids with engineering and costing reviews
  • Liaising with clients both technically and commercially
  • Managing sales/order processing
  • Offering comprehensive technical support
  • Achieving ambitious sales targets

Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • Essential skills in mathematics and strong English communication
  • Common sense, logical thinking, and a positive attitude
  • Verbal engagement without the "used car salesperson" approach
  • Authenticity in both communication and actions
  • Prior experience in industrial sales is beneficial but not essential
  • A desire for continuous learning and professional development
