MS Amlin is looking for a Technical Security Consultant / Security Architect with strong a technical ability paired with natural and clear communication. What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing
While there is rarely a ‘typical’ day within this role, here’s a snapshot of some of the key parts of the job:
- Helping to shape the cyber security strategy.
- Providing direction on the security Incident Response Plan, continuing to own and shape it.
- Supporting the design phase of any projects from a security perspective, including input into requirements and design reviews.
- Proactive review of existing toolsets, suggesting modifications to introduce new functionality and/or new processes to improve efficiency and increase security posture of the business.
- Assisting in the development of security policies, standards and procedures.
- Scoping, organising and reviewing penetration tests where necessary.

What We Need From You
For this particular role there are some important qualifications and experience we need you to have. These include:
- Experience working in a cyber security related role.
- Strong technical experience of Microsoft Operating Systems.
- Experience in Cloud Security, ideally Azure.
- Experience in security system design, implementation and management.
- Experience in Cyber Incident Management.
- CCSP, CEH, CISSP or equivalent qualifications are desirable.

What Can You Expect From Us?
- Competitive Base Salary
- Performance Related Discretionary Bonus
- Holiday: 28 days core annual leave, and you can buy or sell up to 5 days
- Pension: A minimum 2% employee contribution plus 7% MS Amlin contribution (9%) up to a maximum of 5% employee contribution plus 13% MS Amlin contribution (18%)
