As our Technical SEO Director
You will be the driving force behind our technical strategy development, you have the power to turn our clients’ visions into realities. Your expertise in Technical SEO and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients stay ahead of the competition. Are you ready to take on a critical role in driving organic growth and improving visibility in search?
You will have the opportunity to provide technical mentorship and innovation that will advance our agency’s capabilities and ensure that our clients’ websites are top-notch. You will work alongside our Head of SEO, SEO Directors, and SEO team to lead the charge in delivering technical products to the highest standard. With your guidance and expertise, our technical team will be mentored and trained to deliver exceptional work that sets us apart in the market.

As a mentor, you will provide guidance, training, and support to help your team grow and develop professionally. You will encourage them to provide feedback, recognise their achievements, and continually strive for excellence.
- This role presents an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of technical SEO. You will have the chance to work alongside a team of experts, conducting audits of client websites, and discovering opportunities for optimisation to ensure that their websites are in the best possible health.
- In addition, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and upskill other members of the team, empowering them to deliver best-in-class technical SEO practices. You will also play a key role in long-term strategy planning and in pitching to existing and potential clients.
- To excel in this role, you will need to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes in SEO, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge. You will also have the chance to lead the development of SEO roadmaps and play a critical role in strategic discussions to drive marketing performance.
- This role also offers the opportunity to innovate and develop the SEO product offering, working with stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and implement opportunities for rapid growth and increased ROI. By doing so, you will help to streamline processes and boost efficiency across the team, ensuring that we continue to provide excellent service to our clients.

- Advanced technical SEO knowledge, with a proven track record of building highly performant technical strategies. (Essential)
- Experience of working in a Digital marketing agency is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the process of end to end migrations (URL, platform, domain etc) of a small & large-scale website. (Essential)
- Deep understanding of various SEO tools, including Screaming Frog, Majestic, SEMRush, Sitebulb, Google Search Console, Google Analytics & Ahrefs (among others). (Essential)
- Understanding and experience of various tools to aid and support in SEO workflow, including BigQuery, Looker Studio, and knowledge of various APIs (Search Console, SEMRush, Page Speed Insights etc) (Desirable)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data, make data-driven decisions, and provide actionable insights for optimisation. (Essential)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. (Essential)
