Aviation Technical Services Engineer

Are you passionate about aviation and looking for a challenging role. Our client has an exciting opportunity for Aviation Technical Services Engineers to join our team. This permanent position operates on a 4 on, 4 off days shift pattern, focusing on the organisation and coordination of aircraft maintenance and modification work. Your role will be crucial in ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional, efficient, and cost-effective services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Production of Work Packages:
- Organise tooling, parts and labour availability.
- Ensure seamless execution of maintenance and modification tasks.
Customer Interaction:
- Create and explain detailed work packages to clients.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
Sub-Contractor Coordination:
- Manage and coordinate with Part 21 designers and other subcontractors.
- Ensure all parties are aligned and informed.
Document Control and Tech Logs Support:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical logs.
- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and company standards.
