Technical Engineering Supervisor (Static)

Darlington

£40,000 to £42,000 with 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, Pension & Benefits

The Role

• Manage a maintenance team and approved sub-contractors to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance. 

Working Hours

• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

What you'll need to succeed

• We are keen to speak to experienced Electricians/Electrical Engineers with a strong background in FM.
• You will need to have your City & Guilds 2360 Part 1 & 2 or equivalent NVQ & C&G 2382 -10 18th Edition
• Supervisory experience in advantageous not compulsory. 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients and sub-contractors
