Form of work**Technical Specification Manager - Surrey/South London/ - Global Construction Company**
We are currently recruiting for a world leading manufacturer in their field, they own companies across 100+ countries, have over 300 factories, 25,000+ employees and sales of £9+ billion in FY 2022. Last year alone they put their name to 85 new patents and invested over £190million into R&D/Innovation. The variety of subsidiaries create a range of solutions, all predominantly based around protecting, bonding or reinforcing materials.
Role:
You will be responsible for -
- Be an expert consultant and trusted advisor for architects, surveyors, contractors and resellers allowing them to develop mutually beneficial relationships
- Undertakes surveys including core samples, generates condition reports, specifications & quotations
- Takes ownership of the decision maker
- Delivers the targets and objectives set by the Project Specification Manager showing initiative to create effective delivery plans
- Provides & presents CPD presentations to target customers and potential clients
Candidate:
The ideal candidate will -
- Has experience of specification sales market ideally within the construction industry
- Someone who can influence others and demonstrate leadership traits
- Self-reliant and resilient
- Excellent presentation skills
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Able to build strong customer relationships
- Lives on area (Surrey or South London)
Package:
- Basic Salary: from £50,000 - £57,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Bonus: UNCAPPED - OTE 40% of basic salary
- Car Allowance: £6,000 + 45ppm
- 25 days annual leave, PLUS bank holidays
