The Role
We’re looking for a technical, customer focused individual to join our growing business. This is an exciting Application Support role, providing an outstanding first line Technical Support service to our customer base. The role will suit someone with solid I.T skills and knowledge that would be interested in learning all Causeway applications at a first line level, with the drive and curiosity to get to second line.
We’re looking for someone who has a logical, pragmatic, technical and friendly approach. You should enjoy working as part of a team and towards shared goals and objectives. A good level of technical capability and excellent customer communication skills are essential.
We offer amazing workspaces in both our North East and Southern offices. This role is based out of our brand-new Middlesbrough office and is offered on a Hybrid working basis.
