The Role

As a Technical Support Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for their customers, playing a crucial role in keeping them exceptionally happy. You'll provide end-user product consulting and support, working closely with their customers to analyse requirements, develop solutions, and deliver projects.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing Technical Support to clients, identifying and reproducing issues reported by customers, installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and software, and handling client requests via various channels. You'll also develop a thorough understanding of their software products and internal systems, connect to customers via remote sessions to identify issues and assist with product setup, and document support activities and solutions in a knowledge base.

We're looking for candidates with a good working knowledge of Windows 10/11 & Windows Server, Windows management, Microsoft Office, SQL databases, email troubleshooting, and experience working with external REST APIs. Knowledge of HTML/HTTP and Microsoft .NET (C#) would be an advantage, as would existing experience of Automation (Business Process Automation, RPA, UiPath, PowerAutomate etc).

This is a hybrid working position, so you'll need a home office with Internet access. Full training will be provided.
