Technical Support Analyst Northwich
Adria Solutions Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst to join a growing company based in Northwich. As a Support Analyst you will work with the various departments to support the business IT Infrastructure and software systems, which involves project work, day-to-day maintenance, and queries/requests from the company.
The duties of Technical Support Analyst will include but not be limited to:
- Management of mixed-platform desktop estate (Mac, Windows, Linux)
- Monitor system health to ensure efficient running of business IT facilities to maintain business continuity and to ensure appropriate disaster recovery plan is in place and up to date.
- Day-to-day maintenance of systems including backups (using Veeam technology), antivirus, updates, etc.
- Liaise with organisation members across the board to further develop company IT strategy to include the company s security and backup policies for internal infrastructure
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Strong knowledge of Desktop Hardware and internal components
- Experience with G Suite and administration of accounts over multiple systems, including Active Directory
- Experience in an IT Service Desk tool(s)
- Some knowledge of Cloud technologies. I.E. AWS, Microsoft Azure
