Actively seeking an enthusiastic Technical Support Analyst, with experience in the support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, for an exciting new opportunity with a growing Microsoft Partner. The role will involve working as part of a like minded managed service team on interesting 3rd line Technical Support engagements over the coming years - a position providing fantastic project exposure, and brilliant future progression prospects.
This permanent role is fully home based, with the expectation of very occasional time on client site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Technical, 3rd line support of D365 Business Central environments
- Troubleshooting complex support issues, involving back end analysis and code review
- Debugging support issues alongside development teams
- Processing technical change requests and conducting ad-hoc config/ testing tasks
- Providing exceptional customer service to my clients diverse customer base
Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central/ Dynamics NAV Technical Support analysis
- Ability to read and analyse C/AL & AL Extensions code
- Strong analytical/ troubleshooting skills
- Configuration and testing experience
- Confident communication/ user engagement skills
