Technical Support Assistant

We are looking for a Technical Support Assistant to support our wonderful team at Sunderland Care and Support. This is an amazing opportunity for support agents/assistant.

Requirment:

• Relevant qualification, or equivalent, or working experience within the relevant discipline
• Relevant working experience within the service area and of operational practices including statutory, legislative requirements and various terms and conditions.
• Understanding and production of performance, data & information.
• Act as a point of contact for other team members in relation to technical and quality assurance issues.
• Candidte needs to be UK resident or have valid right to work in UK
