AddressOne Step Recruitment are working closely with a well-established IT Company. They are now looking for 3-6 months contract for a Technical Support Analyst.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience in a similar position.
Technical Support Analyst duties would include:
- Using email and phone calls to assist users with software and hardware queries
- Support users through the required steps to resolve the issues
- If the issues cannot be resolved, ensuring the matter is escalated to the correct department
- Entering new queries on the ticketing system
- Ensuring all calls and emails are reporting on the ticketing system with the required actions
- Willingness to help, support and offer excellent service to customers and colleagues
