Values Role Overview Responsible for supporting the sales team and New Business team in winning new opportunities. This could be by way of preparing a client datasheet from one of our partners or searching/communicating with the technical team from one ofour suppliers to see what is available and resolve a specification. Once orders are received, the role will include supporting the transfer of client orders into correct part numbers to allow procurement. The Individual should have an Interest in technology and be able to show some practical demonstratable skills in this area, i.e. home electronic hobbyist, previous roles in Technical Support In the day-to-day role the Individual could be supporting clients in the onboarding of our solutions or advising the Internal account managers. Training will be given however a self-motivated Individual with a keen attitude to learn and develop would thrive in this role. The role is based from our office in Haywards Heath , so candidates should ideally be within travelling distance of here. Role Responsibilities ? Generating Product Part Numbers and entering onto companies database ? Updating the company website, new products /technical aspects of datasheets and website ? Supporting customer technical Issues (looking methodically into the problems and resolutions), keeping the customer updated on progress. ? Setting up test and development environments for new products, review and commenting on performance ? Support marketing efforts by identifying interesting technical projects and products to help promote the business. ? Understanding the companys business proposition and how the various technical elements come together to deliver the solution. Person Specification ? Strong communication and verbal skills ? Interest In Technology ? Motivated to self-learn and improve knowledge ? Excellent attention to detail ? Computer literate ?
