We are looking for a West London site based, Technical Service Engineer to provide service and commissioning support to our internal teams. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware solutions and primarily with Trend and Tridium BMS Systems.
This role is offered as a permanent position. Candidates must have a driving licence and transport and be willing to work on site.
Qualifications
To be qualified for this position, you should hold qualifications in a relevant field (or time served), such as Electrical Installation or Controls Software Engineering or proven work experience as a Service Engineer, Technician, or similar Hands-on, customer facing role.
You will be a person our customer's trust on site. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.
Requirements
- Tridium AX & N4 and Trend Experience
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

The Technical Service Engineer responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support. You will use email and phone applications to give clients quick answers to simple controls issues. For more complex problems that require nuanced instruction, you will provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals where necessary.
The Technical Service Engineer will be working with the sub-contractors onsite to ensure the project stays on programme and the quality assurance is achieved at all times.
