Job description
The role shall enhance the reputation of the company with effective delivery of the installation and general maintenance of computers, servers, workstations, software, peripherals, and other related infrastructure equipment and satisfactory customer communications. The incumbent shall ensure that incidents are responded to and faults rectified in an efficient manner, within given SLA’s and reported upon as required. .
