Job description

Salary: £26,000, - £30,000 depending on experience.
We are looking for a proactive Technical Support Executive to join our
team here in Stokesley. Our Customer Service has won awards - and we are
looking for a new member of our enthusiastic team to continue to raise our
standards and provide the excellent level of service we are known for.
This is an exciting role that would suit someone who is customer
focussed and enthusiastic with the ability to build rapport easily. Telecoms/IT
knowledge is an advantage for this job role, we'd especially love to speak to
you if you have background in IT or similar fields.
This is a fantastic opportunity to come and join a friendly and

Responsibilities
Ensure all incident and
service requests are responded to in a timely manner.
Diagnose and report network
issues such FTTC, Ethernet and VOIP
Configure new and existing
customer equipment such as Wireless networks, Hosted systems, router, and
switches.
Managing and maintaining
cloud hosted infrastructure.
Site visits as required.
Recording all customers'
interactions in our CRM systems
Essential Skills:
Great communication skills
An understanding of
Broadband and Ethernet connectivity
Enjoy working as part of a team.
Previous customer service
experience is an advantage.
Strong problem solving and
analytical skills.
Good understanding of CRM
systems
