Technical Support Officer

We are looking to recruit a Technical Support Assistant for our Client.  You will be based in Sunderland working Wednesdsay, Thursday and Friday 3 days per week.  7.30am start until 3.30pm and 3pm on Friday.  You should be familiar with KPIS, researching and presenting business information, financial administration.  It is essential that you have knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel. Knowledge of CRM systems would be advantage.
