We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at our HQ in Crawley. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line user support for Microsoft Windows and line of business applications on Android, as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line user support for Microsoft Windows and Android devices
- Provide first line user support for line of business applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Document and track all support requests and resolutions in the help desk system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff as needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Assist with onboarding new users, including setting up user accounts and configuring devices.
- Maintaining user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on new technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience as a help desk or Technical Support specialist.
- Experience supporting end users.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Android operating systems.
