The Job you’ll do
- To provide full Technical Support to our customers on client
- Check customer’s orders and ensure that the products specified are correct and will work correctly as a system.
- To inform the customer or the relevant personnel over any concerns regarding customers’ orders
- Produce wiring diagrams and product drawings using CAD and technical documents to accompany customers’ orders.
- Support other departments within the company on technical and quality issues.
- Ensure all drawings and technical documents are produced to company standards as per the
- Ensure all technical records are maintained.
- To provide training to customers and internal personnel on client products and systems
- To carry out site visits as and when required.
- To constantly seek and implement a continuous improvement philosophy in all areas of responsibility, to train and develop others in this philosophy where appropriate.
- Carry out all training and development requested where appropriate.
- Be responsible for the health and safety of themselves and others involved in their working area
- Help the relevant management in identifying solutions to any problems identified.
- Assist the companies R&D department in the development of new product.
- Carry out any other duties as and when required by the company.
About You
- Electronics / IT support Background.
- Able to understand wiring diagrams.
- Able to communicate complex solutions in layman’s terms.
- Able to use basic test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Good communication skills.
- Patient and calm under pressure.
- Computer Literate.
- Fault Finding Experience with methodical approach to resolving problems.
