If you have knowledge or experience in the building trade and are looking to use your skill set in a different direction as a Survey and Technical Advisor, this could be your new role. Creativity, strong IT skills and a keenness to learn are a must, along with patience as these are essential skills to become a Surveyor and Technical Advisor. Full training, if required on CAD and 3D drawings, with a working week of Monday to Friday 8.30 - 4.30,
This could be the opportunity you are looking for to use your experience and skills from the building and construction trade, or perhaps you have been working on Trade Counters and want more development. Learn how to produce survey drawings and offer technical support and advice on wetrooms and bathrooms to installers, architects and contractors.
What you will be doing:
* Responding to technical enquiries by phone
* Investigating and resolving customer technical queries and complaints
* Guiding customers through the appropriate specification of products using your specialist knowledge of products.
* Identifying potential problems and exploring solutions with great outcomes within product guides and best practice
* Proving Advice, and communicating technical documents and drawings clearly to a customers
* Producing survey drawings using CAD or similar with 2D or 3D drawings as required
* Supporting the customer service team with technical knowledge when required
