Technical Training Instructor

As a Technical Trainer you are a skilled and passionate Automotive Technical Training Instructor with a deep understanding of automotive technology, exceptional communication skills and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment. You will play a pivotal role in educating and empowering technicians to excel in their field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership - Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes covering a wide range of automotive technical subjects and utilise various training methods to engage learners, ensuring that the content is accessible and adaptable to all learning styles and backgrounds.
  • Promote Inclusive Environment - Create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom or workshop environment, encouraging participation and collaboration among all delegates, regardless of background or age.
  • Proactive - Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance the training curriculum and maintain relevance.
  • Excellent Communication - Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and mentorship to delegates, assisting them in developing their technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative Working Approach - Collaborate with the wider People Development team to assess the effectiveness of training programmes and implement improvements based on feedback and performance evaluations.

Scott is the Technical Training Manager, he is looking for someone to join the team who has proven teaching or training experience who can effectively convey tech-nical concepts in a clear and understandable manner whilst ensuring every individual feels valued and respected. The successful candidate will have experience in the automotive industry, with a background in technology, diagnostics, and repair.
