- Basic Salary- Up to £37,000.00
- Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00 with No Weekends.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Additional Holidays Each year for company holiday closures.
- (Leeds Based-So within 45 mins travel)
Benefits the successful Technical Training Manager will receive:
- A basic salary of up to £37,000.00 dependent on experience.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Additional holidays per year due to company closures (extra to annual leave)
- Work for one of the UK's leading accident repair centres.
- Extensive SMART repair and Alloy Wheel Repair Experience
- Ability to pass on knowledge and experience in a training environment.
- Ability to create training content and videos.
- Ability to carry out demonstrations in front of groups of clients in a professional manner.
- To run a successful training academy, training staff in the skill of SMART and alloy wheel repair.
- To manage and maintain the workshop and training areas to highest standards.
- Develop training and induction programmes with a solid documented syllabus.
- Train new starters in use of company app-based systems
- Up skill existing technicians from wheel to paint/wheel.
- Other duties may be assigned to meet the on-going needs of the organization.
