Technical Warehouse Operative

Position: Warehouse Operative
Location: Reading
Salary: £14.83 per hour
Type: on going temp Monday - Friday
Shifts available: 7.30am -3.30pm

Key responsibilities include.
* Working as part of a wider team and support in maintaining SLAs and ensuring team performance against KPIs
* Work closely with suppliers and customers to identify improvements in current processes, spares holdings and customer experience
* Prioritise workload, adapting to varying demands across multiple items
* Maintain high levels of safety awareness and adopt a "challenge unsafe behaviours" attitude towards health & safety
* Manage the stock of spares and consumables related to service and repair
Must have:
* Experience working in warehouse

* Self-motivated
* Flexible and dedicated
* Hardworking and adaptable
* Able to work well in a team environment
* Aware of health and safety regulations
