Technology Delivery Programme Manager

Location:

Warton, Preston (3-4 days onsite per week)

Rate:

£740.37 per day via Umbrella Company (Inside IR35)

Duration:

12 Month Contract Initially

Overview:

• Experience of utilising Jira, Azure DevOps or similar technologies to manage Technology Delivery work
• Develop and implement programme planning at different levels of detail from sponsor plan on a page to task level planning.
• Develop and implement programme governance frameworks including development of appropriate delivery cadence and ceremonies.
• Build and lead high-performing teams of technical specialists, developers, and project managers.

Key Deliverables:

• Possess a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, high-impact technology programmes.
• Lead the development and execution of programme budgets and financial forecasts.
• Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, including executives, sponsors, and business leaders
• Drive continuous improvement within the programme, seeking innovative solutions and optimising processes.
• Proven track record of building and developing platform and product aligned teams
• Build and lead high-performing teams of technical specialists, developers, and project managers
