AddressTechnology Project Manager - 12 month FTC London, England, United Kingdom AllSaints are looking for a highly organised Project Manager to help manage our fast growing stream of Technology Projects. You will be the driving force behind projects, ensuring timely project delivery and facilitating clear communication of scope, timelines, critical path, risks and issues to the wider business, acting as a bridge between the technical team and the wider business.You\'ll be required to ensure that the business has confidence in what is being delivered within agreed timescales, facilitating decision making by senior leaders within agreed governance structures, whilst also driving delivery and enabling the technical team to get the answers they need when it matters.ABOUT THE TEAMReporting to the senior Project Manager you will be part of the business transformation team, working alongside our team of business analysts and product owners. We are a brand embarking on a very exciting plan and we are seeking an enthusiastic team player who wants to contribute to this.WHAT WILL I BE DOING?Working with the global project teams (UK, EU, Asia and US), managing core technology initiativesFacilitating decision making and bringing cohesion among stakeholders in order to define goals and scopeTaking responsibility for creating and driving project plans; identifying and communicating resource requirements, critical paths, stage gates and other key dependencies which may impact successful deliveryForming and leading project teams, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly definedProviding accurate & timely updates to relevant colleagues and the portfolio managerBuilding relationships throughout the company that inspire confidence and trustIdentifying any project risks, managing mitigation according to criticalityManaging issues, escalating where necessary to ensure timely resolutionForecasting and managing project budgetsEstablishing proportionate communication plans and governance structures for your projects, and providing accurate & timely updates to stakeholders and the portfolio managerManaging and ensuring productivity across the project delivery teamsFacilitating and maintaining relationships with third party vendors to ensure successful joint delivery WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?Retail project management experience is essentialExperience with merchandising and buying team processes and planning tools is essentialExperience running large, complex projects within agreed time, cost and scope constraintsExpertise in project management principles and methodologies, including agile and waterfallProven leadership skills including ability to motivate teams to high standard of deliveryExperience leading mixed on and offshore development teamsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailStrong technical skills with particular competence using project management software, JIRA, Confluence and Google suiteStrong communication skillsThe ability to lead and contribute to meetings with confidenceAble to build strong, trusting working relationships with a fun, enthusiastic attitude to work ABOUT THE LOCATION Based in our East London Studios in vibrant Shoreditch with perks and benefits offered from local businesses including discounts on food, shopping and health & beauty.
