The technology lawyers combines their expertise in the Financial and Asset Management sectors and Healthcare and Life Sciences sector to offer market leading FinTech and Digital Health legal and regulatory services.
The team are seeking a Senior Associate (4-5PQE) specialising in technology transactions to join their team. You will be advising on users and suppliers of technology products and services. You will also be advising on data protection and privacy. You will have experience on technology and outsourcing transactions includes handling large scale, complex outsourcings, software development, licensing and maintenance, telecoms equipment and services contracts and contracts for cloud services.
