Tele-Handler Operator Role:

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Existing experience as a Tele-handler Operator
• Valid CPCS/NPORS Blue Card
• Experience with all sizes of Plant from 6m - 20m booms
• References upon request from previous employers.
• Working knowledge of site Health & Safety procedures.
• Be approachable and happy to work as point of contact when working in a stand-alone position.

Key Accountabilities:

• Understanding how the machine works and addressing any maintenance needs.
• Daily Plant Inspections/reports
• Un-loading/Loading of materials from Lorries and distributing around site.
• Driving the Machine for the movement of material around site, in a safe controlled manner.
• Be confident with Loading onto high level platforms and working in tight spaces.
• Understanding the effects of loads, sizes, and weights on the machine stability.
• Understanding the basic construction of pallets
• Ensure the safety of self and others whilst working.
• Work well as part of a wider team
• A willingness to assist with other activities around the site, when there is no forklift work.

Travel and Flexibility

You will be based on site around the Country and may be required to travel/work away from Home to meet the needs of the business.

Hours of Work

7.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
