My client, a successful managed service provider, who provide IT support services have a fantastic opportunity available to join their expanding and successful business. They are seeking a confident, driven and ambitious individual to join the team.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from existing contact list.
- Manage tasks using internal CRM system.
- Build rapport and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Schedule appointments for BDM's
- Maintain and update customer details accurately on the system
- Handle incoming calls from prospective customers who are responding to marketing strategies
- Work towards achieving individual and company targets.
What you need to succeed in this role;
- Previous experience in B2B selling.
- Ability to work as a part of a team.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving targets and a strong desire to excel.
- The aspiration to progress
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills.
