Telemarketer, Wigan, £24k + bonus
My client, a successful managed service provider, who provide IT support services have a fantastic opportunity available to join their expanding and successful business. They are seeking a confident, driven and ambitious individual to join the team.

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from existing contact list.
  • Manage tasks using internal CRM system.
  • Build rapport and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Schedule appointments for BDM's
  • Maintain and update customer details accurately on the system
  • Handle incoming calls from prospective customers who are responding to marketing strategies
  • Work towards achieving individual and company targets.

What you need to succeed in this role;

  • Previous experience in B2B selling.
  • Ability to work as a part of a team.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving targets and a strong desire to excel.
  • The aspiration to progress
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
