Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and generating sales leads. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys interacting with customers over the phone.
There will be work from home options available.
OTE (Salary & On-Target Comms) @ £29,000-£35,000 Year 1.
Duties:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists.
- Introduce our products or services to potential customers.
- Generate sales leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in HubSpot.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Experience:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is required with a minimum of 1 year.
- Experience in construction/ health & safety training is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as HubSpot, is a plus.
- Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Basic Salary - £23,000-£26,000 per annum
Year 1 Commission OTE - £6000 per annum
