Telemarketing ExecutiveWe are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our client's team. If you're someone with great phone communication skills and a knack for talking to anyone, especially in the Golf, Hotel & Leisure Sectors, we want to hear from you. Your role will involve making outbound calls, understanding customer needs quickly, and persuading them to consider our clients products and services. Being a quick thinker and having a friendly, persuasive approach are essential. The main goal is to expand our client's clientele by securing appointments for the National Accounts Team.Location: Outskirts of Ipswich town centreWorking Hours: Flexible shifts between 7.30am-5pm, Monday - Friday, can be discussed at interview stageSalary: £29,500 (Dependent on experience), + fantastic UNCAPPED commission earning potential!Holiday Entitlement: 23 days annual leave plus bank holidaysAdditional Benefits:Free on-site parkingFantastic progression opportunities!The opportunity to work for a company who are going from strength to strength in the current market!Regular company eventsAccess to a fantastic benefits platform to support your wellbeing.The Role:Make professional outbound calls to potential clients in the Golf, Hotel & Leisure Sectors, aiming for to secure appointments for the Business Development team to attend.With the use of scripts, share information about our clients' products and their benefits, including real-world examples.Keep accurate records in the CRM system and collaborate with Sales & Marketing to identify new leads.Develop a good understanding of the product range to engage knowledgably with customers.Maintain detailed notes in the CRM system for future reference.To succeed, you should have:Excellent phone communication skills.Confidence and persistence in influencing others over the phone.Ideally, some experience in telemarketing or a similar sales/customer service role.Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle a busy workload.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, as well as adaptability to new systems.Teamwork skills and a quick grasp of new products and processes.Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
