Salary: £25000-£32000 Per annum depending on experience

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm

Vacancy - Telemarketing Executive

ESS Employment are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent Customer Service skills /experience and a good telephone manner for an established and vibrant family business.

Key responsibilities include:

• You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products/ services, and generating sales leads.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided call lists.
• Introduce and promote products or services to prospective clients
  Follow scripts and guidelines to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in Hubspot or other CRM software.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

To be considered for this role you must possess the following attributes:

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone.
• Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software would be an advantage.
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
