Day to Day Duties
- Working in a vibrant team in a modern office environment and friendly atmosphere
- Include making qualified sales appointments and generating leads by contacting a target list of businesses
- Updating company information and completing telephone surveys with clients' customers
Essential Skills
- Confident, tenacious individual with experience in telemarketing or Customer Service experience with a strong upsell/cross sell
- This role requires previous telephone based sales experience
- Confidence in delivering calls to senior decision-makers (MD, FD, HRD, Marketing Director).
- Excellent communication skills with clear telephone manner
