Our Client are a Leading Telecommunications company specialising in Cloud telephony, IT and Security.

Based in the beautiful site of the Whiteley Business Park, you can enjoy working in a location that offers you shopping, restaurants, walks or relaxing by one of the lakes with your lunch.

The position we have is for an experienced Telemarketing Team Manager, to lead and mentor the team of 7 telemarketers, who build relationships with potential customers, and support the field sales team with highly qualified appointments.

Your Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and lead a team of 7 telemarketing agents to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Monitor the team performance, provide coaching and feedback, and implement training programs as needed.
  • Set KPI’s and targets for individual team members and track performance against these metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of sales activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in telemarketing to improve performance continuously.

Are you the perfect candidate?

We are looking for someone with the following criteria.

  • Recent experience in a telemarketing leadership role, ideally managing a team of at least 5 members.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
  • Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
