This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a customer services role working within a team
You will be joining an established and supportive team who will help you succeed in your role. You will receive support throughout your on boarding as well as regular training and development.
Ideally you will have previous experience in Customer Services administration. It is essential that you have an excellent telephone manner as you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will deal with a variety of calls, assessing and answering customer enquiries and responding to requests for information in a professional manner. You will also respond to queries in writing, so excellent written communications skills are also required, along with a strong attention to detail.
It is a very fast paced environment so excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and multi task to meet business deadlines is a must. You will undertake training on our computer systems, but it is essential that you have good experience of Microsoft office.
