Telephone Business Development Manager

Job Description
To work independently and as part of the team to build and develop working relationships with members of Dynamo for Intermediaries in order to increase business levels and retained profit in line with agreed targets.
Who we are:
Dynamo for Intermediaries (DFI) is a B2B mortgage club and part of Dynamo, a telephone-based mortgage and insurance broker based in Camberley, Surrey.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proactive management of accounts to increase business levels by promoting our services and seeking out new business opportunities ensuring call and financial targets are achieved
• Assisting accounts in the placement of new enquiries for BTL, residential, 2^nd Charges and some Bridging & Commercial, with the aim of DFI being used as a payment route or packager
• Interaction with Accounts, Management and Case Handler teams for reporting ensuring best outcomes for clients
• Developing relationships with panel lenders, partners and their respective BDM’s and account managers
• Working with other areas of the business where required to ensure our Dynamo Mortgage Events are productive, well managed and well attended. This may include travel and/or overnight stays near the venue
• Support the management team in building, encouraging and protecting an inclusive and welcoming environment for all colleagues. Ensure that the company zero-tolerance position on bullying is upheld.
• Contribute to upholding the firm’s Consumer Duty obligations within your job role.
