Responsibilities
- Identifying and removing duplicate records
- Fixing any inaccuracies in the database
- Reaching out to companies to confirm and gather accurate contact details
- Help to expand reach by finding new companies that fit a specific profile and follow up on introductions
Skills and Experience
We're looking for a confident communicator, you're comfortable making calls and building rapport over the phone. You'll also need to be:
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy
- Able to work efficiently with a can-do attitude and the ability to manage your time effectively in a remote environment
- At least a little tech-savvy and able to work your way around a CRM system (training provided)
