Telephone Fundraisers
Part time – temporary role with immediate start until 31st July 2024
This role is working 3 evenings a week – Tuesday to Thursday, working no more than 12hrs per week from 5pm – 9pm
This role is working on the Milton Keynes campus.

They are looking to recruit Part TimeTelephone Fundraisers to work within the Development Office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wishing to work in an expanding team, responsible for generating significant philanthropic revenue for the client. The Development Office is central to the OU's strategic aims and goals, and due to its success is expanding year on year.
Telephone Fundraisers will be required to:
Call selected Alumni graduates to:
Further build on relationships with the alumni and let them know how important they are to the OUUnderstand how they may be able to support the OU in fund raising efforts Keep them updated on current benefits, news and other activitiesYou will be required to compose and send inspiring emails and keep accurate records of all calls made on the bespoke inhouse system.
The Development Office receives financial support from OU graduates, trusts, foundations, companies and other individuals. The funds raised benefit students who need financial help, disabled students who require support, and other university projects such as the new scholarships programme.
