Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: £10.60 per hour
• Location: Ballymena
• Hours of Work: 40 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5.00 pm
• Holidays: 37 days pro rata
• Duration: Temporary, ongoing

Duties include:

• Answering telephone calls and providing advice on phones.
• Customer service.
• Input data, maintain records and reporting systems.

Criteria:

• 4 GCSEs to include Maths and English.
• 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role, strong telephony skills required.
• As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
