Acorn by Synergie is working with a local business who are recruiting for a Telesales Advisor for their growing team

Job Role:

The main purpose of the role is to complete telephone assessments with customers to derive their eligibility for the service and funding, along with the cost and the process.


* Taking inbound call enquiries, or responding to online form submissions to discuss the company service with potential customers.
* No cold calling - The company receives 1800 enquiries a month on average. The job of the Advisor's is to follow up with enquiries within as short a time frame as possible from the enquiry being received.
* Responding to website and email enquiries, arranging follow up calls to undergo telephone assessments with customers.
* Informative and descriptive customer service to explain to potential customers of the service offered, cost, eligibility and process.
* Completing online assessments with customers to determine eligibility.
* Working closely with the legal and administration departments to give customers the best quality service
* Telesales Advisor's spend the majority of the day on the phone to prospective customers

Essential Candidate Experience:

* Excellent telephone manner
* Professionally spoken, clear and concise manner of speaking
* Driven and passionate
* Enthusiastic
* Good with people
* Empathetic and personable
* Computer Skills

Desirable Candidate Experience:

* Experience within a telesales, customer services or telephone based job
* Previous experience within an insurance, medical or legal environment


Hours of work:

* Standard office hours are 0900am-1715pm Mon-Fri.
* 1 day per week to work 0900am-1800pm or 1000am-1900pm
* The team split and work 1 Saturday each - So ability to work 1 Saturday in every 6 weeks, with a day off in the week to compensate.
