The Employer is: SPRINGVALE TRAINING LTD. You will be fully trained in all aspects of our training programs. Trained to develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the proposition and the market need it fulfils. Trained in how to develop a targeted strategy to identify and win new business in line with annual targets. Work closely with marketing to deliver relevant campaigns focused on lead generation. Trained in the qualification and follow-up of active leads to build a robust pipeline of opportunities for sales executives. Lead all communications with prospective customers to maximise new business conversion from a volume and value perspective. Build strong relationships across Springvale Learning and work collaboratively to ensure effective mobilisation of new business. Meet and exceed new business and KPI targets to ensure desirable revenue generation and behaviours that are consistent with a sustainable business..

You have previous business to business (B2B) or (B2C) telephone sales experience.You have experience of managing your own sales pipeline through to successful conversion.You are willing and open to training in a variety sales technique.You possess excellent telephone based customer relationship building skills. , Experience within a telesales or recruitment role.
