The Telesales Coordinator is responsible for helping drive company interaction with new & prospective customers, promoting face to face meetings for their commercial development team.
Your tasks and responsibilities, not limited to:
- Contact potential new & prospective customers to introduce the companies services, with the aim to secure a face to face meeting for one of the Commercial Team
- Answer questions about the Company and / or its services
- Research prospective companies prior to calls, where necessary
- Understand prospective customers requirements to help us build a case for supply chain optimization
- Researching sales leads
- Enter and update customer information into the database, as required
- Keep records of calls / sales notes and other useful information
- Assist with department nonadministrative tasks
