Job description

We are working with a longstanding client of Si Recruitment; a dynamic and rapidly expanding business located in Middlesbrough who is looking to appoint a Telesales Consultant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for liaising with clients to book appointments for Directors and Sales Managers and sell technical products.

To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you must have previous telesales experience, with a track record of bringing in new customers. An interest in IT and Technology would also be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients to win new business through a consultative and professional approach
  • Booking appointments for Directors and Sales Managers
  • Building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Ad hoc administrative duties

Additional requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and relationship management
  • Ability to think analytically and problem solve
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage time, workflow, priorities, and projects
  • Sales administration experience
  • Be computer literate
  • Preferable - FULL and clean driving licence

This opportunity offers a realistic OTE of £30,000-£35,000 and an uncapped commission structure, with the potential to earn more!
