The Recruitment Group is working with a well established HR and Health & Safety provider who have been outsourcing to business owners across the UK for over 70 years.
Purpose of the Telesales Consultant role:
The successful Telesales Consultant will be responsible for making outbound calls to business owners, introducing the company’s services, and creating a great opportunity for the business development team to sign up new clients to our services.
Main duties and responsibilities of the Telesales Consultant role:
• Promote our Employment Law and Health & Safety outsourcing solutions to SME businesses. Schedule sales opportunities with business owners/Directors to promote Croner services.
• Work with your Business Development Manager to generate a quarterly seminar plan to maximise sales opportunities.
• Self-generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity. Achieve quarterly sales targets.
• Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline.

Experience/knowledge requirements for the Telesales Consultant role:
• Minimum of outbound / sales / telemarketing experience required
• You will be driven by your ambitions and own targets
• You will have the ability to speak to a varied range of people and decision-makers at different levels of the business.
• You will be driven by great earning potential and career progression
• You will be able to show initiative, be a self-starter, eager to learn from our super coaching programme
Company benefits for the Telesales Consultant role:
• As a Business Sales Executive, in your first year you will earn a basic salary of up to £23,000 and your earnings guarantee will take you to £38,000, although our top achievers are earning between £38,000 - £42,000 in remuneration
