Telesales Consultant- New Business (Residential)
Responsibilities
Your main duty will be outbound telesales and go through JLL and/or client database to generate business.
Ensuring daily KPIs and monthly/yearly fee targets are met to measure performance.
Following procedures to ensure service standards are consistent.
Seeking opportunities to increase revenue for the department and spotting any cross-selling opportunities that will benefit the company.
Call through JLL database to assist with data cleansing on an ad hoc basis.
Skills
Business savvy
Strong sales skills are required. Experience of telephone-based sales work is preferred.
Knowledge of the UK Residential property industry is preferred but not required. Mandarin/Cantonese speakers are welcome.
Ability to work under pressure with a degree of flexibility.
Excellent interpersonal skills – good communication between clients, departments and with colleagues is essential.
Very good admin skills, proficient in MS Office and high computer literacy.
Highly organised, excellent in timekeeping and attendance.
Excellent multi-tasking and analytical skills for efficiency and workload management.

Base Salary: £25,000
OTE: £50,000
